Research on the Best Employers

For the second successive year, the company of MojPosao conducted the Research on Best Employers (companies rated best in terms of work by employees).

In this research, conducted on over 3,000 employees in 51 companies, Ekobit realized impressive results in the category of small and middle-sized entrepreneurship, as much as 10 per cent higher in all categories compared to other companies. That is, even though the participation of Ekobit was unofficial, for they employ less than 50 employees, according to all indicators, they would take up a high position, gathering better results than the rest of small and middle-sized companies participating in the research.

Despite there so far not being a category for companies employing less than 50 employees, these results praise Ekobit and the values they stand for.
